At The Points Concierge, we believe in a no find, no fee.

Tell us about your trip, and we'll do the searching to find the reward seats that match your itinerary, crafting a personalised plan just for you.

Getting Your Boarding Pass

Our expert team will spring into action to find the best available reward flights tailored to your needs.


Once we’ve identified flights that match your trip, we will email you the proposal for review and acceptance. Only at this stage will you be required to pay the Concierge service fee.


The report will include a comprehensive overview of the flights, detailing the points required, the airline’s taxes, and TPC’s 10% fee based on the equivalent cash fare.

The Points Concierge is a travel agency that offers customised travel for individuals, families, and groups, using your points. 


We can save you countless hours searching for reward flights and help you avoid spending money on cash flights.  


We will work with you to maximise the value of your points and give you the best flight experience by finding reward seat.


We offer 3 types of booking options:


  1. We will send you the URL and you will book directly with the airline. 
  2. We offer one-on-one consultations via Microsoft Teams to customise your trip, answer any questions, and assist with points booking.
  3. We’ll confirm the itinerary and get your authorisation before booking with your points.


We charge a 10% Concierge service fee to find your reward seats, provide booking instructions, and offer one-on-one consultations via phone or Microsoft Teams.


The fee varies based on your travel request (number of seats, dates, class, and type of travel).


There are no upfront fees—pay only when you unlock your flight report. If we can't find flights, we’ll inform you.


Upon finding a flight booking, an initial 50% upfront payment is required before we release the flight details, the remaining balance is due upon successful booking.


Please note, you’ll need to cover airline taxes and carrier charges, which will be detailed in your flight report. We always aim to minimize these costs. Additionally, you must have your own points to redeem reward seats.


We don’t charge upfront fees because we’re confident that our experienced Concierge agents can secure your reward seats.


You only pay the Concierge service fee after we've completed the research and confirmed your preferences.

Once payment is made, we’ll provide the flight report with all booking details and instructions. We also offer a complimentary call, or an online Microsoft Teams chat to assist with your booking.


If your seat is unavailable, we’ll try to find another one for you. Be sure to book quickly, as reward seats can fill up fast.


Start by sharing your travel plans on our booking form. We’ll provide a fee based on your preferences, including the number of seats, dates, travel class, and type of travel.


Once you provide us with your details, our team will get to work. We’ll notify you as soon as we find suitable flights, or if we are unable to find any flights that match your criteria.


After you pay The Points Concierge service fee, you’ll receive a personalised flight report with your itinerary, and booking instructions 


Reward seats can be difficult to find due to high demand and limited availability. While we strive to secure the best options, we can't guarantee a specific seat will be available. However, our experienced Concierge agents will work hard to find the best alternatives and keep you updated

By using ThePointsConcierge, you agree to the following:

  • You accept our pricing and terms.
  • You’re hiring us for a custom points flight search.
  • Our fees are non-refundable.
  • Fees are due upon booking.
  • Fees are due if our flight info or guidance leads to a points flight booking, regardless of who arranges it.
  • We cannot guarantee availability or that seats will remain after communication.
  • Upon finding a flight booking, an initial 50% upfront payment is required before we release the flight details, the remaining balance is due upon successful booking.
  • Any issues with bookings are at the airline's discretion; we have no control over booking outcomes, flight schedule, changes, delays, cancellations or government actions.
  • Client Responsibility - Ensure your booking is “ticketed” before the flight, contact the airline if a ticket number is not received within 24 hours of booking and purchase appropriate travel insurance for your trip.
